Instructions for Printing on Windows Machines

  1. Before you start, you must have received an Office 365 account from the IT administrator. If you don’t already have one, contact IT by sending an email to ikt@fjellhaug.no.
  2. Once you have your Office account, download and install the client file for Windows.
  3. When this is done, the logo shown below will appear in the bottom right corner of your taskbar. SafeQ Cloud Ikon
  4. Right-click this logo and select “Login”. This will open a login page where you must sign in with your Fjellhaug account by clicking LOGIN VIA MICROSOFT ENTRA ID.
  5. The first time you send something to print, you'll receive two emails. One of these emails contain a four digit PIN code which you can use to log in on the printer, the other contains an eight digit "one-time password" which can be used to link your card/chip to your user.

Registering your keycard

  1. When the printer is on and requests your PIN code, you can instead tap your keycard to the cardreader, this will start the registration process.
  2. Fill in your FIUC email in the username field
  3. Enter the one-time password you received by email in the password field and hit ok.

Troubleshooting

If the option to log in with your account is greyed out and not clickable, you can instead click “Configuration”. Your setup should look like the image below.

If it doesn’t look like this, click “Service setup”

Fill in the “Server host name” and “Account domain name” with the same information as shown in the image above.

PS: Make sure Authentication is set to SAFEQ Cloud OAuth2 login, otherwise you will not be able to log in.

The instructions for Mac aren't exact yet as I've yet to get my hands on a Mac for testing the installation process.
