Bible, Ministry and Mission

Bible, Ministry and Mission is a one-year programme that will equip students to serve in their local church and to do missionary work. This goal is achieved by giving the student a basic introduction to the Bible, Christian faith and service so that one can convey the Christian faith in churches both in Norway and around the world. Applicants need Higher Education Entrance Qualification in order to be admitted. For applicants with foreign education, the requirements are specified in the GSU-list.

The programme qualifies for both voluntary and paid work in Christian churches and organizations.

The programme in Bible, Ministry, and Mission may be incorporated into other types of education and may also be included in further studies within Christianity or theology. Further studies assumes the student meets all admission requirements for the programme he/she desires to pursue.

Applicants who need to apply for a residence permit in order to attend the programme, must register their application within March 1st, 2019. Applicants with EU/EEA citizenship or who already have a valid residence permit may apply for the programme until April 15th, 2019. A copy of the valid residence permit must be uploaded to your application if applying after March 1st .
